approval of misprint returns, which shall not be
unreasonably withheld. At these levels, all shipping is paid

Lower wholesale book discounts (25% to 40%) are available to those who do not have the capital for larger orders. PREPAID minimum orders at these levels range between 50 and 85 books. Partner/Reader pays all shipping on orders of 50 to 99 books per shipment.* You may jump to a higher discount category as your earnings increase and provide the ability to reorder larger numbers of books for a better rate of return.
THREE-DAY RIGHT OF REFUSAL
You have a three-working-day right of refusal, to receive a full refund or credit, if you decide not to participate after joining the 1003 Club™ program. Your notification to BWP/SP™ must be post-marked within the three-day period immediately following the signing of the Agreement. It must be in writing, and sent by Certified Mail, signature required, in order to receive a full refund or credit. We will honor this request...no questions asked.

FOLLOWING EXPIRATION OF THE THREE-DAY RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Should you decide not to participate, after full acceptance into the program and shipment of your books, you still have a 30-Day Trial Period in which you may return only fully-saleable books for a refund of the wholesale price paid, less a 25% restocking fee. You must pay all return shipping via UPS Trackable Insured or any other acceptable trackable shipping service (US Postal Service is not an acceptable shipping option), plus you must include full-value insurance (the full retail value of each book shipped back to BWP/SP™).
Your 1003 Club™ wholesale program cost for any books damaged by improper shipment back to BWP/SP™, under this provision, or books found to be marked or damaged for other reasons will be deducted from amount owed for refund, plus the restocking fee of 25%. This return/refund period is limited to a 30-day trial period from date of originally signed Partner/Reader Agreement.
After 30 days, there are no returns except for misprints.

orders--between independent bookstores, chain stores,
webstores, Reader/Partner

members, and other sales sources--books may take as much as
4 to 6 weeks to be shipped, if a backlog occurs. Orders for
uncommitted books in stock, at our fulfillment house, will
be filled in 24 to 48 hours. The printer is on alert to keep
stock at manageable levels. Partial fullfillment or
back-orders will be fulfilled in the order of receipt from
Reader/Partners.
If a Partner/Reader submits an order too large to fill with existing stock, a special print run will be made--at no additional cost to the Partner/Reader--and fulfillment will be accomplished as freshly printed and bound copies of OMAR: A Novel are completed, packaged and shipped. Orders will be shipped in the order received. Any discrepancies will be clarified with each vendor, and by dated paperwork/purchase orders.
